<p>PURPOSE:To enable switchback transport without delay, to correct skewing and to simplify the construction so as to contribute to reduction of size and weight and improve the productivity by fixing a paper feed roller portion pressed to a driven paper feed roller on a shaft portion, and providing a paper discharge roller portion pressed to a driven paper discharge roller, which forms a driving roller fitted to the above shaft portion through a torque limiter. CONSTITUTION:A paper feed roller portion 27 pressed to a driven paper feed roller 3 is fixed on a shaft portion 26, and a paper discharge portion 28 pressed to a driven paper discharge roller 4 forms a driving roller 25 fitted to the shaft portion 26 through a torque limiter 29. In this arrangement, while the paper feed operation of the driving roller 25 for simultaneously conducting paper feed operation and paper discharge operation to a switchback path is not stopped, the paper discharge operation can be stopped, so that even if the paper discharge operation is stopped in synchronization with the operation of an apparatus, the switchback transport for paper is not delayed. Further, the paper stopped at the paper discharge portion is pressed to a registration roller and urged, and a torque limiter 29 is adopted as a mechanism for selectively stopping the paper discharge roller 28.</p> |
