<p>PURPOSE:To enable display high in luminance and free from cross talk by fixing varistor chips onto transparent image element electrodes arranged like a matrix and signal electrodes for sending signals to the image element electrodes each with a conductive adhesive, and connecting the upper surfaces of the varistor chips on the image element electrodes with those of the signal electrodes with a conductive material. CONSTITUTION:The image element electrode 13 and the signal electrode 14 are arranged on a first substrate 11 each spaced from each other, and each is electrically connected with each varistor chip 12 with the conductive adhesive 15, and the upper surface of each chip 12 is connected with the conductive material 16, thus permitting varistor voltage to be freed of dispersion, and therefore, the obtained liquid crystal display device to be freed of cross talk and dispersion of contrast and superior in quality.</p> |
