METHOD FOR ACESSING DATA FROM PUBLIC DATA SUBSCRIBERS USING PACKET PROCESSING SYSTEM

The method is for providing the network user identification (NUI) service to the PSDN subscriber using the packet assembly/ deassembly (PAD) system. The user identification is altered to the network address by a software to provide NUI service to the PSDN having X 25 protocol. The method incoudes steps; (A) operating the PSTN port to transmit the data request signal and to prepare the data terminal; (B) checking the stand-by state of the system; (C) checking that the carrier is received when the stand by state is completed; (D) re-checking that the carrier is received after 3 seconds; (E) transmitting the signal meaning that the PAD successfull connected when the carrier is received and checking the state of the PAD; and (F) returning to the step (E) when the abnormality occurs.
