<p>PURPOSE:To push in an aluminum clamp mechanically by mounting a space jack between a wire clamp and an extrusion jig and then operating the space jack. CONSTITUTION:A wire clamp 4 is clamped on an ACSR 1 through tightening bolts and a push-in jig 6 is engaged with the tapered end part 21 of an aluminum clamp 2 and secured in place. A space jack 5 such as a hydraulic jack is then mounted between the wire clamp 4 and the push-in jig 6. When the space jack 5 is operated, the pressing part 51 of the space jack 5 advances in the arrow direction to press the rear end part of the push-in jig 6. Consequently, the aluminum clamp 2 moves toward a steel clamp 3 and the end face of the aluminum clamp 2 strikes against the clamp part 32 of the steel clamp 3.</p> |
