摘要 PURPOSE: To considerably improve the product between the time of a signal and the band width by a correlator or an optimum filter by adhering or pushing glass fibers into a spirally etched groove of a silicon wafer to form a spiral of a flat photoconductor. CONSTITUTION: A photoconductor formed with glass fibers is pushed into the spirally etched groove on the silicon wafer to form a flat coil as a delay conductor. This spiral flat photoconductor is provided with taps (a) to (f) in discrete positions by cutting or etching so that light is emitted from windows in these positions. Light emitted from these windows is condensed by a lens device or a similar optical system and converges on only one PIN diode as an optical receiver for condensation and correlation or convolution integration. A signal to be corrected or most suitably filtered is modulated to an optical signal of the same time interval (for example, by amplitude modulation).
