PURPOSE:To set the maximum contract demand at a low value and to enable stable operation of load by utilizing the capacity of non-utility generating facility effectively. CONSTITUTION:A current demand operating means 36 reads in a received electric energy Wh from an input operating means 35 and calculates a current demand. If the demand must be controlled at current time, an estimated demand is calculated. The estimated demand is then compared with a target demand stored in a set value memory means 32 thus setting a regulated power. It the estimated demand is higher than an alarm demand, a command for increasing the output by an amount corresponding to the margin of the regulated power is provided, loads to be interrupted are selected from loads 6-8 according to a predetermined priority and an interruption signal is provided followed by an alarm signal. |
