<p>PURPOSE:To avoid runaway by measuring the voltage value of a rotation detector for a motor when a brake signal is outputted and diagnosing a control transistor, whereas measuring the current value of a motor current detector when a neutral signal is outputted and diagnosing a drive transistor. CONSTITUTION:When a brake signal is being outputted, a voltage detected through a rotation detector 21 is compared with a set value. If the measured voltage value is higher than the set value, judgment is made that a control transistor 7 is broken and opened. When a neutral signal is being outputted, a motor current is detected through a current detector 15. If thus measured value is higher than a set value, it means that a drive transistor 6 is substantially turned ON due to short circuit and the like, and judgment is made that the drive transistor 6 has caused an accident.</p> |
