<p>PURPOSE:To allow the immediate visual recognition of an abnormal part for which an alarm is emitted by displaying at least a part of a process system in one-to-one correspondence on a screen and compressively displaying and outputting the other part on the remaining screen. CONSTITUTION:A memory area A is assigned by a detail display area 10 to an image memory 5 having the memory area larger than the screen of a CRT 3 in which the information in the process system is stored. The information on the process system within the area A is then displayed on the screen (a) of the CRT 3 by being taken out for each one line in a vertical direction. On the other hand, the memory area B which is not assigned in the memory 5 corresponds to 2n/3 and the remaining screen (b) of the CRT 3 corresponds to n/2. The process control information in the region B is, therefore, taken out for every 3 lines in the vertical direction and is displayed and outputted to the screen (b) of the CRT 3. In other words, the process control information in the region (b) is compressed to 1/3 in the horizontal direction and is displayed and outputted to the screen (b) of the CRT.</p> |
