摘要 |
PURPOSE:To decrease internal resistance and obtain large output current by using copper vanadic acid molybdic acid having silver sulfide fine particles on a surface as an electrode of a battery. CONSTITUTION:An electrode material composed of copper vanadic acid-molybdic acid compound particles having silver sulfide fine particles on a surface is used in a solid battery using copper ion conductive solid electrolyte 3. That is, having the silver sulfide fine particles excellent in electron conductivity on the surface permits smooth proceeding of electron transmission on the surface of the copper vanadic acid-molybdic acid compound particle and between the particles. In addition sulfur component in the silver sulfide particles on the surface and copper ions in copper vanadic acid molybdic acid and/or the solid electrolyte function with each other to enhance ionic connection between the copper vanadic acid molybdic acid particle and the solid electrolyte particle. Thus internal resistance in the solid battery is largely decreased and take-out of large output current is possible. |
