PURPOSE:To raise the accuracy of a shape and thus prevent the deformation with time or the lowering of strength due to residual stresses by forming a main cured part in which optical setting resin is cured completely, and an uncured part or a semi-cured part, on the optical setting layer of an inner layer, thereafter, curing the entire uncured part or semi-cured part completely uniformly. CONSTITUTION:A three dimensional shape is divided into plurally optical setting layers, and the lowermost layer (first layer) and the uppermost layer (fourth layer) are made a first optical setting layer 24 comprising a main cured part irradiated with light beams 15 in its entire surface, and inner layer parts (second layer, third layer part) form a main cured part 34 A irradiated with optical beams 15 in its outermost shell, wherein in the inner parts, an uncured part 34 B being not irradiated with the optical beams 15 and the main cured part 34 A irradiated with the optical beams 15 are formed alternately so as to make an optical setting layer 34. After forming a three dimensional shape in this fashion, the uncured part of the entire three dimensional shape is cured into the final stage for completing the three dimensional shape. In this way, since the hardening contraction of the uncured part or semi-cured part is restrained by the ready-hardened main cured part, the hardening contraction of the entire three dimensional shape seldom occurs, accordingly, there is no fear that residual stresses remain therein, furthermore, there never occurs deformation with time and also never happens the lowering of strength. |
