<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of a hinge pin concerned by separating a car body and a door once after coating them, engaging a hinge pin with one side of the hinge members for conveyance, and rejoining the car body and the door together by the hinge pin at the assembling position. CONSTITUTION:When a coating process is over in the state that a car body B and a door C are solidly assembled, a separating motion between the door C and the body B takes place and each hinge pin pulled out of a hinge receiving member of the body B and another hinge receiving member of the door C is inserted in either of these hinge receiving members as it is. The door C is held by each of door conveyor rails 14a, 14b via a suspension means 18 and conveyed in the arrow direction, while the body B is mounted on a carriage- form (16) pallet member and conveyed in the arrow direction as well. At a door assembling station 100, the hinge pin is tightly attached to the body B and the door C for their unification after pulling it out of the hinge receiving member of the door C, by way of example, via man power.</p> |
