发明名称 SPEED CHANGE CONTROL DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
摘要 PURPOSE:To always obtain good characteristic of speed change by starting engagement of a friction engaging device on an engaging side when a change of the operational condition of a one-way clutch is decided by a monitor for a rotational speed of a rotary member. CONSTITUTION:At speed change time, first release of a friction engaging device, released by a release starting means, is started, and the friction engaging device begins sliding by this release to decide whether a one-way clutch is soon to change its action condition (from racing condition to lock condition or reversely to this change) or not by monitoring a rotational speed of a rotary member with an action condition change detecting means. As a result of decision, when the action condition of the one-way clutch is decided to change, engaging of a friction engaging device on an engaging side is started by an engaging starting means. In this way, both friction engaging devices can be mutually synchronized automatically by the action of the one-way clutch, and good characteristic of speed change can be always obtained.
