PURPOSE:To eliminate the labor for attaching a fastener to a resin formed body and absorb the assembling error developing at the assembling of the resin formed body on an opposite member by a method wherein the shaft part of the fastener is relatively shiftably and inextricably supported by the fastener supporting part of a bracket and, at the same time, the fixing part of the bracket is insert-molded in resin material. CONSTITUTION:The shaft part 32 of a fastener 30 is inserted in the inserting hole 24b of the fastener supporting part 24 of a bracket 20 and, after that, shifted toward the holding hole 24a side so as to make the extraction of the base 31 from the holding hole 24a impossible and, at the same time, to support the shaft part relatively shiftably by the supporting part. The groove of a sealing member 54 is fittingly installed on the projecting head 23 of the bracket. After that, a bracket main body 54 is releasably fitted to the positioning recess 52 of a top force 50 and, at the same time, the sealing member 54 is fitted to a notched part 53. Next, under the condition that skin 41 is abuttingly placed on the molding surface 61 of a bottom force 60, resin material 43 is poured in a cavity 70 so as to be expanded by closing the bottom force 60 with the top force 50 in order to mold a resin formed body 40 under the state that the fixing part 21 of the bracket 20 is insert-molded in the rigid polyurethane resin 43. |
