PURPOSE:To form a pattern composed of granitelike particles having a large particle size by making the particle size of liquid dropletlike particles bonded at first smaller than that of liquid dropletlike particles bonded thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Sprayable coating prepared by compounding a filler, pigment or the like with a thermosetting resin is diluted with a solvent and sprayed to a lower mold 1a by a spray gun 4 to bond liquid droplet like particles 2 to the lower mold 1a. Next, the pigment is altered to prepared a suspension of sprayable coating to spray the same to the lower mold 1a to which the pattern due to the first spray paint is formed. At this time, the particles bonded to the surface of the lower mold 1b are well in close adhesiveness and not released even when spray is repeatedly applied and the patterns formed when liquid droplet like particles 2 having a large particles size are bonded to the surface of the lower mold 1a become near to a circular shape and are apt to become unnatural artificial patterns but, by making the particles 2 of the first sprayable coating small, patterns near to a natural feeling are formed. |
