A shaft coupling to couple two rotating components is provided which permits a radial shift in the axes of rotation of the two components. The coupling comprises a half on each of the driving and driven sides. Between the half-couplings are annular intermediate coupling components arranged rotatably one above another. Each of the intermediate components is connected by one guide rod to the half-coupling on the driving side and via a diametrically opposite guide rod to the half-coupling on the driven side. To ensure the axial separation of the intermediate components, one of them (10) has a radial collar (16). The other intermediate components (12, 14) are supported on this collar (16) and thus secured against axial shifts. The two intermediate components (12, 14) supported on the collar (16) consist of two rings (18, 20, 22, 24) lying axially on the collar (16) on either side. The two rings are secured together by axial bolts (42) which project through arc-shaped longitudinal apertures (44) in the collar.
