<p>A process for producing a grafted cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer which contains at least 40 wt % of cyclohexane-insolubles, has an excellent elasticity even with a reduced rubber content, and is excellent also in strengths, coatability, and thermal adhesion to different materials such as various resins, metals and so forth, said process comprising melt-kneating a mixture of particles of a polymer composed of a crystalline of particles of a polymer composed of a crystalline olefin polymer part and an amorphous olefin polymer part with a grafting agent and a radical initiator.</p> |
