<p>A compound of general formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, which have both bronchodilating and thromboxane A2 synthetase inhibiting actions, and are useful as antiasthmatic agent and bronchodilator, wherein (a) represents an unsaturated five- or six-membered ring with 0 or 1 nitrogen atom and 0 or 1 sulfur atom; R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, carboxyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, nitro or lower alkoxy; R2 represents lower alkyl, cyclohexyl, (un)substituted benzyl, thienylmethyl, (un)substituted unsaturated five- or six-membered ring with 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms and 0 to 1 sulfur atom, or (un)substituted phenyl; and R3 represents lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylmethyl, acyl, acylmethyl, benzenesulfonyl, (un)substituted lower alkyl, or (b) (wherein B represents an open-chain hydrocarbon group).</p> |
