A pipe connection for transition between a water pipe (2) and a tap fitting (3) comprises a tubular coupling part (5) in which there is screwed a threaded bush (7). The pipe (2) is surrounded by the pipe connection and is tightened by means of an internal bracing bush (13) and a compression ring (8). The pipe connection is sealed off against the wall (25) by means of a sealing rose (9) with gasket (10). The pipe connection also comprises a mounting plate (11) for securing and positioning of the pipe connection.
