An immune complex of a biologically active substance and a monoclonal antibody, the monoclonal antibody being able to reduce the distribution volume of the substance about 0.5 times or less compared to the case in which the substance is used alone. According to this immune complex, the concentration of the biologically active substance in blood can be increased to exhibit the effect thereof more effectively and the side effects can be reduced.
