Electrical equipment is enclosed in the body (1) of the lamp, to which the reflector housing (2) is hinged with a bearing ring (4) at each side enclosing a rotary grip (5). A blocking device (8) in a cross beam (7) comprises a spring loaded switch lever (9) and a brake block (10) which contacts the ring (4) through an aperture (11). A surface (14) on the lever (9) protrudes through the opposite side wall (13b) of the beam (7). A brake block connection head (16) is mounted pivotably on the rotary grip (5). ADVANTAGE - Reflector housing is easily swung into variety of stable positions.
