PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a system by generating a password in the system and preserving the password in the recording medium for a user. CONSTITUTION:A password generating and registering means A generates the password corresponding to a user identifier sent from a request side proces sor 1 and stores the password in a password master storing area 3-2 together with the user identifier and a password writing means B outputs the generated password to an external storage 2 ad writes the password into the recording medium for the user. When the user uses an execution side processor 3, a pass word reading means C reads out the password of the sent user identifier from the external storage 2 and a password retrieving means D retrieves the password master storing area 3-2 by the inputted user identifier. Then, a password inspecting means E compares the inputted password with the extracted password and inspects them. Thus, there is no fear of the user forgetting the password and even a complicated password can be used as well, and, the safety of the system can be improved. |
