<p>The anti-seismic building disclosed in the present invention is comprised of a double clothing structure formed of the combination, on the one hand, of two superimposed floating floors (3, 4) of reinforced concrete, the lower flooring (3) resting on a hedgehog of keels anchored in the ground (1), the upper flooring (4) resting on the lower flooring (3) with, in between, two crossed layers of alternate rollers made of concrete and of elastomer and, on the other hand, double facade walls, the external wall (5) being integral with the lower flooring (3), and the internal wall (6) being supported by the upper flooring (4) and resting at its high periphery to the external wall (5) by means of separation ball devices (22). The disclosed building arrangement is intended to the construction of houses of all sizes in conformity with anti-seismic and anti-cyclonic regulations, in particular in regions frequently subjected to earth tremors.</p> |
