A hydraulic pilot valve for making it possible to prevent the actuation of the hydraulic pilot valve against the operator's will caused by unintended movement of an operation lever resulting from vibration of the vehicle by means of a device mountable through simple assembly and fitting operations. The hydraulic pilot valve of this invention is in such structure that an operation lever (12) and arm (10) for fixation of a damper are connected to a swingable lever (9) for sliding a spool (3) fitted into the valve body (1) and a damper (11) is connected between said damper fixation arm and a pilot valve fixing part.
