In a device for issuing web sections (50) having an issuing (38) and a supply (40) roller, a sensor (31) bearing on the issuing roller (38) determines the diameter thereof and via levers releases a notch (28) or a projection (78) arranged on a pivoting plate (27) carrying the bearings (24), whereupon the pivoting plate (27) is pivoted by means of a spring (48, 79) so that the supply roller (40) resting on the bearing (24) is pressed against the paper web (39) drawn off the issuing roller (38) and pressed with it against the toothed roller (21). Thus at the same time the last remaining paper is drawn by the issuing roller (28) with the start of the web (41) off the supply roller (40). |
