<p>The cross member comprises a panel (18) provided with at least one opening (19) for a radio or two-way radio unit, which on one side (22) is pivoted about a pin (24) of the cross member, whereby it can be suitably pivoted towards the driver. On the opposite side (27), the panel (18) is provided with a circular flange (28) supported by a pair of rollers (33). The edge (29) of the flange (28) is provided with a series of notches (36) co-operating with a spring-loaded locating mechanism (37).
