<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and safety in cleaning and other maintenance by projecting a rotary arm which is supported by wheels which travel on a circular rail by a prescribed length outward from a steel frame substrate and suspending a gondola by a wire rope. CONSTITUTION:A circular rail 3 is laid nearly horizontally at the upper edge part of a steel frame substrate 2 of an outer decoration panel 1 of a cylindrical structure part 15, and a longitudinal shaft 4 is vertically installed on a housetop 16 at the center part of a circular rail 3. The basic edge part of a rotary arm 5 is turned through a rotary driving device 9 at the upper edge part of the longitudinal shaft 4, and is supported by a dolly having wheels 6 which travel on the circular rail 3. The outer edge of the rotary arm 5 is projected longer by 40cm from the position of the steel frame substrate 2, and one edge of a wire rope 7 is fitted on a bracket 20 at the position close to the basic shaft part, and a chair-shaped gondola 8 is suspended at the other edge. A hoisting machine 10 for the wire rope 7 is installed on the gondola 8, and can be freely raised and lowered by a controller.</p> |
