The invention relates to novel 1- loweralkoxycarbonyl-oxy-lower alkyl esters of 7 beta -[2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)-2- (syn)-methoxyimino-acetamido]-3- cephem-4-carboxylic acid and N- protected derivatives thereof, which esters can be split under physiological conditions, to processes for producing them, and to pharmaceutical preparations containing such antibacterially active compounds. |
