PURPOSE:To prevent friction at a joint from being generated by forming a covering member so that it covers a part of a supporting plate from above at a position where a lower push bar coincides with an upper push bar, on the upper surface of the main body thereby preventing the case from being mounted on a main body in a state that a knob is pushed thus preventing the case from floating or inclining under the rotation of a driving motor. CONSTITUTION:By pushing a knob 44, with a projected bar 43, via an upper push bar 38, a lower push bar 29 is pushed downward, and the operator 28 of a safety switch 27 functions, and a driving motor 25 is rotated, and the rotation is transmitted to a second joint 37 from a first joint 30, and a cutter is rotated. At this position, a bearing plate 40 is covered with a reversed L-type projected-section 32, and so a case 33 does not flat nor incline, and the first joint 30 and the second joint 37 can be kept in a state they are certainly fitted on each other. Besides, at positions except this case, the knob 44 cannot be pushed, and the safety switch 27 does not function. |
