PURPOSE:To shorten the loading processing of a system shared program by delivering control information chained with a system shared program registering table to a user task to be activation origin at the time of starting the system shared program. CONSTITUTION:When the system shared program 40 is activated from the user task 70, the start of its usage together with a program name 40 are informed from a using start macro 80 to a system shared program discharging function 10. The function 10 searches the system shared program registering table 63 by using the specified program name as key information. When the specified program name is not registered, the function 10 informs the contents to the macro 80. The macro 80 loads the instruction part and data part 61 of the program 40 and control information 62 corresponding to the program 40 from a program file 50 to a main storage device 60 and chains the information 62 with the task 70 generating the macro 80. When the program name is registered, the function 10 delivers the information 62 to the task 70 and informs the completion of loading processing of the program 40 to the macro 80.
