PURPOSE:To obtain a heat roll device having an even distribution of temperature, by putting a disk-shaped heat insulating member between a shaft fixed to a side plate and the roll body and securing a free sliding state between the shaft and the heat insulating member or between the said member. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 14 having a hollow inside structure is stuck to a side plate 13 via a flange 15. A projected streak 17 is formed at the inner end of the shaft 14, and a disk-shaped heat insulating member 18 is fixed to the steak 17. A low-friction member 19 is attached to the outer circumference surface of the member 18. A roll body 20 formed into a cylinder is fitted to the member 18 via a hollow part 21 formed across the body 20. A heater 23 is provided into the body 20 via a hollow part of the shaft 14, and a heat insulating wheel 22 is preferably provided on the inner circumference surface of the body 20. The low-friction member is formed not only on the outer circumference surface but the inner circumference surface of the member 18. Thus it is possible to secure a free rotating state between the member 18 and the shaft 14 or the body 20. |
