In order to prevent the affixing of stickers, graffiti or paint onto posts supporting road signs, the support is surrounded with an enveloping in synthetic material, dyed in the bulk, with longitudinal ribbing arranged so as to offer virtually no surface for the unwanted leaflets. An upper plug renders the enveloping/support assembly leaktight. |
