PURPOSE:To read a part of a subject with high image resolution by reading the attribute data on a specific reading area out of a reference table based on the identification data on the subject and controlling a 2nd image reading device having the image resolution higher than a 1st image reading device. CONSTITUTION:The identification data on a subject 60 to be transferred are read by an identification means 65, and the attribute data on a specific reading area are read out by reference to a reference table 75 via a reference means 70. Then the movement of a 2nd image means 90 having the same structure as a 1st image means 80 and the image resolution higher than the means 80 of a total reading device is controlled via a transfer means 100 in accordance with the attribute data on the specific reading area. The total reading device contains an illumination means, an image forming means, a light-electricity conversion means, etc. In such a constitution, the image of a partial necessary area of the subject 60 is read with high image resolution. |
