<p>A primed film comprises a polymeric film substrate layer and an adherent layer comprising (a) a polyurethane resin which is the reaction product of (i) a polyfunctional organic isocyanate and (ii) a polymeric polyol, and (b) at least one phosphate ester of the formula: <CHEM> wherein R is an unreactive hydrocarbon radical optionally containing unreactive substituents and having a total of not more than 10 carbon atoms; R<1> is an unreactive hydrocarbon radical optionally containing unreactive substituents and having a total of not more than 10 carbon atoms or is alkali metal, ammonium, an amine cation, or hydrogen; and M is alkali metal, ammonium, an amine cation, or hydrogen. <IMAGE></p> |
