An antihuman pulmonary adenocarcinoma monoclonal antibody ALC-390 and a process for producing thereof are disclosed. This monoclonal antibody, which belongs to IgG class and is reactive with human pulmonary adenocarcimona cell membranes and recognizes protein as the antigen, is highly useful in the pathological diagnosis of pulmonary adenocarcimona and in the treatment of the same.
