<p>PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy of a schedule by providing a model preparation control means that periodically and automatically prepares an on-hand load model by each of various machines based on collected data by means of a collection means. CONSTITUTION:When there is an item ordered, information concerning the data of order received and the manufacturing process of the item ordered is input from a received order data input part 10. And, information concerning the past records of various machines required for processing of the item ordered is input from a past record data input part 11 classified by machines at any time, thereby the latest data of actual processing records concerning the item ordered whose processing is already finished are collected in an information collection means. And, based on these collected data, an on-hand load model preparation part 13 automatically prepares an on-hand load model classified by various machines. Therefore, an on-hand load model more close to the present state of on-hand load becomes to be always secured, and the accuracy of a schedule prepared by a schedule preparation part 16 is highly maintained.</p> |
