<p>PURPOSE:To abort only a cell not giving a hindrance even in the case of abort by generating a random number to randomize the interval of cell abort by a cell abort means and outputting information representing an abort execution period and an abort execution disable period based on the random number to the cell abort means. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not each cell abort enable flag stored in an abort flag storage means 3 is set is discriminated in the abort of a cell and only cells whose abort enable flag is set are regarded as abort enable cells. Moreover, abort execution period/abort execution disable period information from a random number generating means 8 is referenced and only when a cell inputted to a cell abort means 7 is an abort enable cell for the abort execution period, a cell is aborted. on the other hand, when a cell inputted to the cell abort means 7 is not an abort enable cell or information inputted from the random number generating means 8 represents the abort execution disable period, the cell abort processing is not implemented. Thus, only cells able to be aborted are aborted.</p> |
