PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly of a lighting equipment by electrically connecting a lamp socket on the surface of a reflector to a lighting device on the rear surface thereof via a connection unit. CONSTITUTION:The substrate 47 of a connection unit 41 is inserted under pressure into a connection port 37 of a connection frame 38 of a lighting device 31. A contact 48 and a terminal 39 are brought into contact with each other under pressure so that the unit 41 is electrically connected to the device 31. Additionally, a lock piece 49 is disposed in a lock hole 35 inside of a fixture frame 36 so that the unit 41 is mechanically connected to the device 31. The unit 41 and the device 31 are fastened to a reflector 1 with fixture screws, and consequently, the substrate 45 of the socket connector 43 of the unit 41 is projected toward the lower surface side through the respective windows 11 of the reflector 1. On the lower surface side, corresponding terminals 26 inside the connection hole 25 of a lamp socket are brought into contact under pressure with the contacts 46 of the substrate 45, so that the unit 41 is electrically connected to the socket. Furthermore, the unit 41 is fastened to the lamp socket with the reflector 1 held therebetween. Therefore, a wiring work using an electric wire is unnecessary, and assembly can be facilitated. |
