PURPOSE:To enable the joining of a flexible cable on a connection conductors of a head side substrate under a pressure without any positional deviation by dividing one hand connection conductors for a head substrate and a flexible cable into a plurality of filament bodies while the other hand connection conductors are provided facing fine clearances between the filament bodies. CONSTITUTION:Connection conductors 2, 2,... of a head substrate 1 are each divided into two parallel filament bodies 2a and 2b at least at the connection with a flexible cable 3 and a fine clearance 5 runs between both the filament bodies 2a and 2b. On the other hand, connection conductors 4, 4,... thereof 3 are attached with the width slightly larger than the fine clearances 5,... on the side of the head substrate 1 and at the position facing respective fine clearances 5,... on the side of the head substrate 1. With such an arrangement, when the connection conductors of the flexible cable are pressed on the connection conductors of the head side substrate, one hand conductors are pinched from both sides with the filament bodies of the other hand connection conductors to prevent the connection conductors from skidding thereby enabling accurate and smooth positioning thereof for the joining thereof. |
