摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To manufacture a thick-layer resistance element with a relatively high sheet resistance and a high temperature coefficient of resistance by forming an oxide with CaCu3 Ru4 O12 and/or LaCu3 Ru4 O12 . CONSTITUTION: A resistance material containing an oxide CaCu3 Ru4 O12 and/or LaCu3 RuO12 along with lead aluminoborosilicate-glass frit or lead aluminoborosilicate-glass frit is especially suitable. Then, the resistance material is particularly advantageous, when it consists of 50-90wt%, preferably 10-50wt% oxide and 10-95wt%, preferably 50-90wt.% glass frit. Thus having a large temperature coefficient of the resistance, it is especially suited for manufacturing a temperature-dependent resistance layer in a sensor for measuring temperature.</p>
