摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the temperature rise of the winding, and to reduce the quantity of the conductor of the titled transformer by a method wherein the high-tension winding is constructed of unit windings of the plural number, and in regard to the low-tension winding, at the inside circumferential side of the wound core, the conductor is positioned on the outside of the high-tension winding, and at the outside circumferential side, the conductor is positioned in the space between the mutual unit windings. CONSTITUTION:A toroidal type wound core 1 is constructed by stacking torus type unit wound cores 1A of four pieces in the axial direction, and spools 2 of a large number provided respectively with a flange are fitted to be arranged to the core 1 in the circumferential direction interposing the prescribed interval between them. The spools 2 are juxtaposedly arranged radially, and insulators 3, 3', 3'' are interposed between the core 1. Unit high-tension windings 4 are constructed on the spools 2, and the windings 4, 4,... are connected in series to construct a high-tension winding. A low-tension winding 5 consists of inside windings 5A and outside windings 5B connected in series, and the windings 5A, 5B are constructed by connecting columnar conductors 51-54. The conductor 51 to be provided at the inside circumferential side of the core is provided at the outside of the winding 4, and moreover the conductor 52 to be provided on the outside circumferential side is provided in a space 6 between the mutual windings 4, 4. Accordingly, the temperature rise of the winding can be suppressed, and the quantity of the conductor can be reduced.
