PURPOSE:To prevent thermal creases, and to solve a charging problem by installing an electrode between a heating roll and a cooling roll and applying charges reverse to charges applied to the heating roll to the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Currents for electrostatic adhesion are made to flow through a heating roll, and a film is fast stuck to the heating roll through heating at a temperature higher than the secondary transition point of the film. Relaxation treatment is conducted between the heating roll and a cooling roll. An electrode, to which charges reverse to the charges of the heating roll are applied, is arranged between the heating roll and the cooling roll at that time. Consequently, even when the film is charged by the heating roll, the charges are neutralized when the film is passed through the electrode. Accordingly, trouble due to static electricity can be prevented together with thermal creases. |
