摘要 PURPOSE:To allow the use of air as a carrier gas and to economically and accurately measure the tritium in the atm. air by providing a dehumidifying means and a gas supplying section consisting of a means for adsorbing the materials disturbing the detection of tritium. CONSTITUTION:The air 300 is cleaned by a filter 58 of the dehumidifying means 54 and is pressurized by a pump 60 to fluidize the steam exceeding the satd. steam pressure. This air flows into a membrane separator 64 and is dehumidi fied. A part of the dehumidified air is made into reduced pressure return air 400 by the effect of valves 68, 70 and is returned to the separator 64 to acceler ate the dehumidifying effect. The tritium in the air 300 is removed by such extreme drying, by which the adsorption effect of the later stages is improved. The adsorbing means 56 adsorbs the Rn, Tn in the air 300 by an adsorber 80 constituted of active carbon, etc., and removes the stuck active particles, etc., by a filter 84. The air 300 is made into the gas without contg. the tritium, Rn, Tn, etc., by a gas supplying device 50 in this way and, therefore, the air 300 in the atm. air is usable as the carrier gas of the tritium monitor.
