<p>PURPOSE:To produce a safe container from which a deodorizer or deodorant does not exude by a method wherein the title container is constituted of a first resin layer which forms the inner most layer and outermost layer, a second resin layer which is located between the innermost layer and outermost layer and contains an odor absorbent agent and a third resin layer which is located between the second resin layers and has gas barrier properties. CONSTITUTION:As a heat resistant thermoplastic resin layer for an outermost layer 5 and innermost layer 1, polypropylene resin is used, and as adhesive resins 2, 4, maleic anhydride modified polypropylene resin is used. As an odor absorbent agent, e.g., natural zeolite and Ni-phthalocyanine compound are blended by a weight ratio of 100:1, and 5 pts.wt. of the blended substance is added to the said adhesive resin and blended to use as the odor absorbent agent. Also, as a gas barrier resin layer 3, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified material (ethylene content of 38mol%) is used. Molds for injection molding consist of a core side mold 7 and cavity side mold 8, and between both molds, the above mentioned three types of resins are injected through sprues, 9, 10, 11, and multi-layer container is formed.</p> |
