CALL SERVICE METHOD BETWEEN ANEXECUTIVE AND SECRETARY

The method is for forming a loop between two subscribers who are in close relation by one special button depressing. The method includes steps; (A) checking a call from outside the PBX; (B) detecting the hook off of the inner line subscriber and inputting the transmitter's button depression; (C) discriminating the button signal if for director and secretary function; (D) sending error signal to the transmitter when the transmitter is not a director and not a secretary and otherwise finding the corresponding port number; (E) seonding the busy tone when the called is in use and otherwise forming a loop; (F) when a call is from outside the PBX in (A) step, processing the ordinary call processing routine when the called is not a director; (G) chekcing that the call to the director is scheduled to be connected to the secretary so that the call is connected to the director or the secretary.
