A sheet of colouring glass is patterned by making colouring glass substrate with basalt based alkali olivine having rare earth element, painting some pattern on the substrate with inorganic material, organic material or the both mixture solution, and annealing at the more than annealing temperature for 30-120 minutes. For example, the substrate has a compsn of 47.43 wt.% basalt based alkali, 16.12 wt.% silica, 6.05 wt.% zinc, 14.12 wt.% borax, 6.05 wt.% hitrate, 4.03 wt.% fluorspar, 0.20 wt.% arsenic and 6.00 wt.% manganese dioxide. The both, mixture solution consists of 70 wt.% calcium carbonate, 0.05 wt.% PVA and 30 wt.% water.
