The disposable razor consisting of a handle and a blade cartridge is designed to provide safety in fitting the cartridge in the handle head and to indicate a prior use after a use to prevent a reuse by another user. The handle (1) is provided with cartridge holder plates (3) on the side ends of an elastic member (4) fixed to the head of the handle. The holder plates (3) each have respective shaft pins (5) to fit in the shaft pin holes (12) of the cartridge fixed with a blade. The blade certridge fitted is turned round to position the blade for use with a stop member fixing the blade in setting. In the course of turning the cartridge, a stopper (15) fixed is forced to break or bend permanently to indicate the use of the cartridge.
