Luminescent product for coating various surfaces, forming a mixture made up from a specification which is specific per type of application: of a single- or two-component base measured out in drums, of a luminescent pigment, radioactive or otherwise, measured out in boxes, of a transparent or translucent filler, of additive agents: filters according to the nature of the ambient UV, plasticiser, accelerator or retardant according to need, a debubbling agent, a surface tension agent; the pigment is coated with the base or with the hardener or else with the plasticiser, particularly when it is radioactive.
