<p>PURPOSE:To turn off a power source with software by providing a time-out logic which outputs a power-off signal to a power source part when the power source part is not turned off within a prescribed time after the occurrence of interrupt. CONSTITUTION:If a clear signal CFS is not inputted to a time-out logic 7 before a clock signal NS is inputted twice or more after turning off a power switch 9, the logic 7 outputs a power-off signal POS to turn off the power source. As the result, the power-off processing based on software processing is surely executed though a CPU 2 is stopped, and it is unnecessary to pull out a power cord or provide a device with a switch or the like which forcibly cuts off the power. Thus, the power source is surely turned off by the software processing, and the reliability and the convenience of a soft power-off system are improved.</p> |
