The signalling device of the type comprising a marker (1) which is fastened by fitting in a base (2) anchored in the ground. In order to allow the marker to bend under the effect of an impact and subsequently to rise back, the device furthermore includes an intermediate flexible and elastic reinforcing piece (3) introduced at the base of the marker (1) and fixed inside the said base (2). The invention applies in particular to markers forming lane dividers.
