PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. with which an active metal surface can be coated with a tightly adhered polymer film by incorporating a specified epoxy resin ingredient, an emulsifier ingredient, a crosslinking agent ingredient and an accelerator ingredient, and furthermore a coloring agent, a minute solid material and water, as arbitrary ingredients. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. suitable for depositing a film on the surface of an active metal is obtd. by incorporating 1-20wt.% epoxy resin ingredient (A) consisting of a molecule of formula I (wherein A is a group of formula II; n is 0-20), an emulsifier ingredient (B) in a sufficient amt. for emulsifying the ingredient A, 0.1-20wt.% crosslinking agent ingredient (C) consisting of a molecule (a) contg. 2 or more functional groups which can mix with the ingredient A and enter a chem. addition reaction with epoxy groups by heating at 100 deg.C and an ingredient (b) contg. 2 or more blocked NCO groups, an accelerator ingredient (D) which can dissolve out an active metal of a solid object having a surface comprising the active metal and is contained in a sufficient amt. for the dissolution speed to reach at least 0.02g equivalent of metal ions per dm<2> of a naked metal surface in the bath at 20 deg.C per hr, and furthermore a coloring agent (E), a minute solid material suitable for a filler (F) and water (G) constituting the rest of the compsn as arbitrary ingredients. |
